24. The client is billed for construction administration (CA). CA work is billed hourly and once a month. All other portions of the project are billed as fixed fees. If the scope of work is increased after a contract is signed, an additional services agreement will be drafted and sent to the client for their approval and the client needs to sign the additional services agreement and return the signed copy to Kevin Stephens Design Group, Inc. before the additional work is commenced.
25. The built project is photographed for the firm's portfolio.
