the morrison house - tampa, florida – january 1999
the oldest existing residence in tampa, circa 1879, was completely restored and updated with state-of-the-art renovations that retain the character and majesty of this nineteenth century home. the morrison house now has landscaped gardens with fountain, pool, spa, and fire pit encircled with an outdoor kitchen including a gas grill and refrigerator. a three car garage was added including air conditioning, a sink with granite counter, and a washer-dryer for pool towels. this 6400 square foot home�s palms, bamboo,and birds of paradise have filled in to become a lush tropical landscape.
