3rd street masterplan, tulsa, oklahoma
in conjunction with the bend development group and micha alexander, kevin stephens design group is working to revitalize the east village area of downtown tulsa, ok. one by one each building in the 4 block area of 3rd street and kenosha is being renovated with first floor retail and restaurant space and second floor housing. The vacant lots are being infilled with modern mixed-use buildings that respect the historical rhythm of the neighborhood. the project includes a neighborhood pocket park that will be programmed with entertainment, as well as a community garden and vineyard.
